Rev. Millar is a popular keynote speaker for conferences all over North America.  She is a dynamic preacher and teacher of God's Word. Rev. Millar has been both Bible College instructor and administrator. Her ministry experience spans 30 years. She is the founder of Lighthouse Ministries a Leadership Training Ministry for Pastors and Laypersons in the local church. Her preaching and teaching ministry has touched lives in over twenty-seven states - from New York City to Northern California. She has also ministered in Canada, South America, Africa, the Caribbean Islands and the Bahamas
